Grandpa Ron and GG Haws Come to Visit!

It was so great to get to meet my GG Haws and Grandpa Ron in late October! My GG brought me a sweet little stuffed monkey.
Mia was explaining to me what a stuffed monkey is for.
My GG cracks me up! I think she's sweet on me.
My Grandpa brought my big sister this fun red teddy bear.
He wrote a special message for her on the heart tag.
We had a great time together!

Over the River and Through the Woods

Meeting my GG Park for the first time. I think she likes me!
My Great Uncle Bob (GUB) is a baby whisperer. I'm getting VERY sleepy...
My Great Auntie Hag lulled me to sleep with her beautiful playing.
My GG Park cooked us a fantastic breakfast of blueberry pancakes. I just drink milk so I couldn't have any, but Mommy said they were delicious!
And so did my sister Mia!

I spent a lot of quality time in my GG's arms. She is one sweet lady.

GG Park let Mia play with her kaleidoscope collection. I can't wait until I'm bigger and can play with them too!

O Christmas Tree

Yesterday, we went with my aunties to Tanner's Enchanted Forest to choose our own Christmas trees! The pickings were slim, but Auntie Heather and Auntie Livi chose this pretty blue spruce.
Mommy and Mia sawed down our beautiful tree, a Norway spruce.
It was pretty chilly but my Auntie held me tight and kept me warm!
Mia was having fun with Auntie Livi.
I got to watch Mommy and Mia pull my aunties' tree all the way from the fields to their car. Mommy and Mia are strong, but my daddy is stronger - he pulled our tree all by himself!

I'm getting pretty good at standing with support -- our tree made a great support!
Daddy said the tree couldn't ride in the car with us, so he tied it on top. Isn't that silly?
I'm the life of the party, and everybody wants to have their photo taken with me.
When we got the tree home, Mia decorated it. She has a signature style.

Mommy helped get the rest of the ornaments on, and here's the final product! I love to sit and stare at all the pretty lights and colors.

Getting Bigger!

I LOVE standing up. Here I am at 3.5 months -- I started this a few weeks ago!
Here I am in action. Steadier every day!

My Sister Loves Me

I have the best big sister ever. She shows me how to do all sorts of things, like rolling over. (Sometimes she forces it just a little, but I have to admit it does get the job done).
She always makes sure I don't get left behind, and asks if we can play together just the two of us.
We both wake up very slowly. It's in our genes.
Sometimes she loves me just a little too hard.
But then we have a good laugh about it.
I haven't learned how to pose yet. It's kind of hard to pose with 30 lbs of pressure on your head anyway.
I haven't managed to teach my big sister *this* face either!

Talking!

Here's a video of me "talking" in late Sept (about 2.5 mos old)

Photo Shoot With My Sister...

Mommy took a bunch of photos for my 6-week photo shoot. You may recognize some of these from my baby announcement.

She woke me up out of a deep sleep.

This is my suspicious face.

This is me "singing."

And this is my sweet smile.

Amelia couldn't stand that I was getting all the attention. So she joined in. Can you tell we look a lot alike?

Rolling Over!

As some of you know, I might be small, but I'm strong! I rolled over for the first time when I was 5 weeks old at Auntie Lauren and Uncle Josh's house, where I rolled to my left twice! It took another 3 weeks for Mommy to catch it on camera... but just after I had rolled to my left, I rolled to my right!
